Abdul Moiez — full-stack engineer

Hi, I'm Abdul — a software engineer based in Islamabad. I build full-stack web apps, mostly on the TypeScript / React / Node side of the world, and I'm always poking around the edges of whatever else looks interesting.

I currently work at Vyro (opens in new tab), helping build Imagine (opens in new tab) — a suite of creative AI tools used by millions of people. Before that I shipped Guardian Pro end-to-end at MaydayAI (opens in new tab), and spent the years before that bouncing between IoT systems, e-commerce backends, and the kind of MERN-stack projects you take to learn what production actually feels like.

I care about shipping things that work, performance you can feel in your hands, and code the next person on the team can read on a Monday morning without sighing.

Now

Lately I've been digging beneath the abstractions — Docker, DevOps, databases, backend systems, and the unglamorous question of how a machine actually runs the code I write. I'd rather understand a thing than assume it's magic; show me a black box and I'll keep prying until it isn't one. Deep over wide, always.
